It’s weekly round up time and we’ve got some pretty cool news + our weekly playlist filled with new discoveries!
*We’ve just got a new sub-publisher in Japan, Nichion Publishing.
Established in 1963, Nichion is a subsidiary company of TBS (Tokyo Broadcasting System), one of Japan’s leading television networks. As a music publisher, Nichion administers or controls both Domestic and International copyrights, with a domestic catalogue of nearly 40,000 titles and an International catalogue of over one million songs.
Besides us, Nichion also represents the likes of Warner/Chappell, Disney Music Publishing and many others.
*Eivør‘s announced loads of festival dates around Europe and you can check them out here and see if you can catch her:
*This week we got to see one of our favourites, Jess Thristan, playing the Elite showcase at Surya including new single, “No Romeo”.
It’s Midem‘s 50th anniversary edition this weekend and we put together a playlist with a bunch of artists who are playing/attending the conference this very weekend in Cannes and we’ve got some new favourites already!
That’s it from us this week, have a great weekend everyone and keep on rockin’!
